- In the event of a bicycle malfunction, if there is a bicycle in stock, it is replaced with the same one or repaired on the spot (replacement of wheels, chain, inner tube, discs).
- The cost of repairing the bike is borne by the renter, if the breakdown is caused by the renter. The cost includes the serviceman's journey to the place of failure and spare parts.
- If the cause of the breakdown is a malfunction of the bicycle, the renter will not bear any costs.
